As a key member of the Universal Learner Courses (ULC) academic infrastructure, reporting to Program Manager Sr. of Humanities, you will contribute to the mission of delivering high-quality education at scale and fostering the skills for First Year Composition, research and writing among learners.

This role will contribute to an essential part of the Learning Enterprise Central vision of building a world where all learners can access and leverage education to serve as an effective ladder to social and economic opportunity. You will support the delivery of a group of English Writing courses at scale, thus providing thousands of learners with foundational learning in this critical discipline. You will support the Faculty of Record (Professor/Course Developer) in facilitating the course objectives and content. You will be responsible for managing affiliated personnel; student worker graders and instructional aides, who support your group of discipline-specific courses ensuring the best quality learner experience. You will partner with the instructional design team and student success team to deliver the courses effectively. You will provide input and support the Faculty of Record, as the subject matter expert, in course revisions and redesigns to improve courses for greater learner success over time.

In your first year, you will:

Run operations for ENG 101: First-Year Composition I and/or ENG 102: First Year Composition II: Research and Writing (all delivery models- Session-Based, On-Demand, and Google Classroom), to maximize learner success and potential for scalability, specifically:
